At about 4:30 p.m. on March 5, 2021, a U.S. Postal Service employee was stepping out of her postal vehicle in a residential driveway. She lost her footing and fell to the driveway, with her feet moving in opposite directions away from her center of gravity, and broke her right ankle and tibia. She was hospitalized and underwent surgery.
